This place is great if your looking for fresh fruits and vegetables. Lots of different Asian foods fresh fish they gut and cut up for you lots of different things in here. Check it out. The smell gets to me sometimes in Asian markets so I give it a 4 out of 5. Found a durian fruit here this thing was small to me for $80 but worth it i love the taste

4 stars for 4 reasons 1. One of the best if not the best Asian store located in Gaithersburg. This place offers a lot from different cultures such as Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and etc. 2. They not only sell food but sell products like rice cooker, utensils, pots, and much more. 3. Fast check out during a weekend 4. Cheap prices on produce for sure! Minus 1 star for 1 reason 1. Super cramped in some areas and not spacious like other Asian stores I’ve been to.

My first time ever visiting a dedicated Korean supermarket. I must say, I was quite impressed. I went in looking for a very specific face wash from a brand they didn't carry, but the staff were very helpful. The manager and another employee who spoke English went out of their way to try and help me find a good alternative. If you have an appreciation for Korean culture, food, or movies, you are probably going to love this store. I did a full tour of the aisles, and the sheer variety of products I’ve never seen before was incredible—everything from unique snacks to specific Korean soaps and cookware. While they might not carry the exact brand you’re looking for, they will almost certainly have a solid alternative. As far as pricing goes, it's hard to compare it to a standard American grocery store, but the alternative skincare products I found were well within the price range I expected. Although I ultimately ended up buying my specific item online, this place is definitely legit

H Mart is spacious and has such a wide variety of products. There’s a fresh bakery inside, and I noticed so many authentic Korean items — they even have a special corner for gomjip dishes! The meat and fresh food section is impressive, everything is neatly arranged, and the bright lighting makes the shopping experience really pleasant. They also have a great selection of fresh sashimi — so many options that you don’t even need to go to a Japanese restaurant! 🍣🛒✨
